my go to shake is always a coffee base (left over from the day before refrigerated)
almond milk
1 scoop Click Mocha
1 scoop of whatever other protein I have, Chocolate
whatever flavor Torani syrup I feel like that day
then if just the shaker bottle that is it, if blended I add ice and vanilla Greek yogurt

My go to shake on work mornings is:
12 oz iced strong coffee
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or correct serving size)
1 TBS SF flavored coffee syrup (I trade off)
2 TSP benefiber (I use the Costco brand)
ice to fill shaker bottle
mix and shake
My students sure appreciate that I have this in the morning, I tend to follow this quote "instant human, just add coffee."
