Baked Parmesan Tilapia
Ingredients
- 1 pound tilapia filets
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix the Parmesan, salt, paprika and parsley in a shallow dish.
- Pour the lemon juice into a shallow bowl.
- One filet at a time, dip in the lemon juice then in the Parmesan mixture and place on baking sheet

Bake 10-12 minutes until fish is flaky when *****ed with a fork in the center of the filet.
