I used to use PB2 all the time. I really like it for postworkout shakes and I even used it moderately in baking. It gives a great pb taste when mixed into things at such a fraction of the calories. Definitely start by adding minimal water - the texture is much better that way!
My only beefs with it are: 1) as a dip or a spread, the texture isn't as 'pb-esque' as I'd like and 2) because it doesn't have any fat, it won't give you the same satiating feeling of regular pb. 3) it can get pricey when you fall in love w/ it like I did
My advice is: keep it for postworkout shakes when you want fat to be low but don't overdo it and have it all the time - ideally 'real' non processed food is the best. Also - if you like pb flavour a lot (and who doesn't) there are some great pb flavoured protein powders out there that are cheaper than buying pb2 on its own. Just my two cents :) I'd definitely recommend that you try it out and see what you think!

I bought my first jar of PB2 about a week ago. How do I say this....I LOVE IT!! Since I'm just on the mushy stage of my diet, any food tastes SO good....so I thought I'd ask my husband to try it, to make sure my taste buds weren't playing tricks on me...and he said "it taste like peanut butter, why?" I didn't tell him it was low calorie/low fat, because I wanted to get his honest opinion.
I will definitely be buying more!
I LOVE PB2. Firsr had it almost a year ago. I find the feel of it to be fine. I like to mix it as directions state and make a sandwich with low calorie bread, 1 serving of PB2 mixed and a sliced apple. Works for me! Also great in shakes. Haven't tried baking with it. If you go to the website you can buy it in 1 pound containers much cheaper than the jars in the store. I recently bought 4 pounds that, with S&H, came to about $40. That saves a LOT! I highly recommend this product!!!
