 First and foremost I am sorry you have had a difficult time with your WLS.  Have you tried Xylitol as a sweetener?  It's all natural but doesn't raise blood sugar levels and is low cal. It can be mixed in a drink or even baked with. Have you tried soups with ground chicken and beans?  Easy to go down and feels great on the pouch.

Try genepro protein powder. You only need a tablespoon and it has 30 grams of protein in that 1 tablespoon. I ordered it and got it today. Today is the first time since surgery I have gotten 60 grams of protein in in a day. My first dose I mixed with hot tea not texture issues and no altered taste. 2nd dose I added to my refried bean again no altered taste. I love this stuff. Using this u can put it in any food u can keep Down so u can give your body time to heal. Hope this helps
