Can you use choc protein powder instead of choc?

 Hi, Shana!

I would leave the solid chocolate in there, as it helps stablize the cream so it keeps it's "floofiness" and doesn't ge****ery.  But adding some chocolate protein powder would definitely make it healthier (and less guilty!) and MORE chocolatey!
