I need my protein to fill me up...suggestions?

I am currently drinking a powdered protein mixed in with my coffee and a variety of flavors added as I desire.  However, I do not find it satisfying like I do a ready to drink protein such as Atkins.  Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions?  I want to stay with my protein powder, I just need a new way of preparing it that is more fulfilling.

I make my protein shakes in the blender with milk and I also add in stuff such as fruit, peanut butter, sugar free jellies/jams, sf jell-o pudding (helps to thicken the shake into a milkshake consistency,) sf syrups etc. Maybe try adding in some fruit or peanut butter to your shakes? I know that when I add PB I feel a little bit more full. I've also heard of people adding in some fiber to their shakes and that helps fill them up but I've never tried that myself so I'm not sure if it works or not.

I love adding sugar free pudding mixes. It thickens up my protein shakes and the flavors are endless! Today I had butterscotch! YUMMO!
