This sounds yummy...What section of the grocery store can I find this Quinoa?  I have been so hungry for rice but it makes me so sick...Does this Quinoa stuff swell up like rice does?
I've been wanting creamed rice...Have you tried making it with this Quinoa?

Thanks for the recipe!!!

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only TRUE FRIENDS will leave footprints in your heart...And may that friendship have such a ONENESS that when one weeps the other will taste salt...Friends are like balloons ; once you let them go you can't get them back....So I'm going to tie you to my heart so I never lose you.

I find it near the rice/pasta section...the texture is more of a very short grain rice...the very 1st time I ate it I think I ate it too fast and it did make me sick...However, since that time, I chew  it up very good and I eat it slow and it's fine..It does puff when you cook it but it's so small in it's original form that the puffing that is does is not something that I have a problem with...I do make forms of creamed rice..sweet and savory..so far my experimenting has been great..I make a sweet creamy quinoa that is very good and I like to eat it for breakfast...very good alternative to rice.
