STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE W/ WHIP TOPPING

COOL, LIGHT AND YUMMY!!!

' I was required to bring a 'healthy desert' to work this evening, and I had this before, and new how yummy it was, so I thought I would share with ya'll. I mainly make this during the spring/summer time of the year, just because it is light, cool, and refreshing. '  ENJOY :~)

1 BOX SUGAR FREE WHITE CAKE MIX
*BAKE AS DIRECTED*
1 BOX OF SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JELLO MIX
*MIX AS DIRECTED*
1 LARGE CARTON OF 'FREE' WHIP TOPPING

BAKE CAKE, LET COOL.
MIX JELLO, PLACE ASIDE.
POKE HOLES IN TOP OF CAKE W/ TOOTHPICK
POUR JELLO OVER THE TOP OF CAKE
PUT IN THE FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 30 MINS
TAKE OUT OF FRIDGE, COVER TOP W/ WHIP TOPPING
THEN FRIDGE AGAIN FOR ABOUT AN HOUR.

I'll have to try this one....thanks!!

Another easy one is:  an angel food cake mix (dry) mixed with a can of crushed pineapple with the liquid.  Yep, just those two ingredients.  Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350' .  Serve with cool whip and fresh fruit...sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or pineapple chunks....whatever you like.
