Ok some of the recipe's I have seen use Lavash Bread. Does anyone know what this is or where to find it? Brands? Or am I looking for the wrong thing? The particular recipe I am thinking of uses it as a crust for a bariatric Pizza

I think it's basically an East European flatbread.  I've seen it at Wegman's.  I've also ordered it from netrition.com as they have a low carb brand.  Some natural or whole food stores probably carry it.  You could substitute any "flat bread" type of product I assume...

You can use naan - they sell it at Marc's and Giant Eagle. I use it for the crust for my pizzas.

I found that Lavash Bread at Super Walmart in my area.  It is big square flat sheets.  But like one of the other posters said, you can use a tortilla too.  Just bake it a bit first to crunch it up a bit before adding any toppings cause otherwise it does get kind of soggy.
