500 CALORIE DIET CHART FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Following are the 500 calorie diet which you should consume in a day so that you can maintain a right weight and can lose weight also simultaneously

Breakfast:
3 ounces of water with 3 T lemon juice every morning as soon as you get up.
2 hard boiled egg whites only
2 pieces of Melba toast
16 ounces of water.

My Doc would have a field day with this diet.  Does not appear to have addequate protein.

 Ummmmm, am I missing something?  Only protein in two meals.  It is not enough.

I think something is definitely missing.  I don't think that adds up to 500 calories either.....
