Ive written a WLS Cookbook but am...
considering selling recipes on a website via paypal instead of publishing it for now.
what would you consider a fair price per recipe, all recipes are for us, WLS patients...and
would you be interested in something like that?
Please email me your response at [email protected]. Those who respond favorably, i'll keep
your email addresses and return an email once the website is up and running.
BTW I am a culinary arts trained chef and all the recipes are yummy, high protein and
VERY specific to our needs.
Thank you for your help, feedback and response. Congrats on your new life. I hope you have had the success that I have had since my surgery 8 yrs ago. :)

Sorry...but there are way too many recipe sites out there. I think about anyone who an cook a bit can modify them. You can also search out low-fat, carb-restricted, etc. sites and get the same results. Think you're out of luck...
September 2006...415 lbs.

Think you're out of luck...
Not entirely, but I think a book could find a niche market. First off, is the target market "Holly Homemaker" in which I picture Taste of Home meets WLS or more Gourmet in which I'm thinking Epicurious meets WLS? Then, if course, you could do Ethnic WLS recipes with different sections devoted to each cuisine.
Based on what I read here, however, I think the "Holly Homemakers" need the book more than any foodies.

I'd be looking for an entire recipe book with sections for meats, treats, soups, etc....
I'm not fat, I'm fluffy.....
