I did not like them.  They tasted too chewy for me.

I found them great for stir fry.  Drain them and let them sit on a towel to absorb the remaining liquid.

Toss them in a pan with a bit of oil.  I used sesame oil and served them in my Chicken Peanut Stirfry.

Sliced Chicken breast sprinkled with a bit of soy sauce, in to hot hot hot pan with a bit of sesame oil,

once the chicken is cooked and starting to brown add in a bag of broccoli slaw and stir until it starts to wilt and become a bit soft,

Toss in some dry roasted peanuts and some fresh cilantro, remove from heat.

Pan fry some noodles in sesame oil.  Add to chicken mixture and top with House of T'sang Peanut Sauce!

The author of the Weigh****chers friendly "Hungry Girl" cookbooks swears by these noodles, but she also states that you need to use paper towels to make them really, really dry.  Try www.hungrygirl.com to check the recipes and to sign up for daily emails if you'd like.
