Chicken & Veggie stir fry

6 bonless skinless chicken strips
2 stalks celeray (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
3 med fresh squash (chopped)
3 med fresh tomatos
1 zuchinnie (chopped)

salt & lemon pepper chicken and cook with a little olive oil until done.  Remove from skillet.  Add all veggies except tomatos and coo****il the tenderness you perfer.  Cut tomatos up and add to mixture.  Cube chicken up and add and serve.  YUM YUM! lol

That definitly looks yummy and healthy. :) About how many servings is that?

You know I use the bonless skinless chicken tenders.  I can eat 2 but now my hubby can eat prob 4 by himself.  I do cube them up so I am gonna say it will feed 4 easy.
