being a jew (albeit a bad one) i have never cooked pork chops before. but we are super tight on money right now and buying pork chops is cheaper than beef or chicken, so i bought a couple of packages and pulled one out to defrost to make for tonight. but... how do i make it???

lol thanks!

America's Test Kitchen just did pork chops that looked good.   You may have to register or watch the video.

My advice in one sentence: don't overcook them.

I love to make my pork chops in the crock pot, so yummy!  I add onion soup mix and cook on low all day long.  If I was making just one I would fry it up on the stove.

I make pork chops with apples and a balsalmic vinegar glaze...yummo!

Start by pan frying the porch chop with garlic & onions. When mostly cooked, add a few apple slices then deglaze the pan with some veggie broth and balsalmic vinegar. You can even add some fresh rosemary if you like that flavor.

My mom coats them in shake 'n bake and bakes them in the oven!
