Smoothie recipes?
They are not for me, but my 9 year old dd HATES breakfast, but thinks that she would be willing to drink a smoothie in the morning. Since she is already kinda struggling with her weight I thought that this would be a great place to get some ideals about smoothies that I can fix for her. Thanks already for any help you guys can give

My boys like an occational smoothie and they are 6 and 10. I take 1/2 plain greek yogurt, 1/2 skim milk, then just add their favorite frozen fruit and blend it together. If you think she might not be getting enough protien you can add a little protien powder to it as well. Banana is a good fruit to include as the pottasium is good as kids are going through growth spurts. I usually use a purple, red and yellow friut with some banana as well. like blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and banana. That way you are getting some of the vitamins from each color group of fruit.
My favorite protein smoothie:
Neopolitian Shake (just like the ice cream!)
1 cup fat free milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp fat free/sugar free pudding (helps to thicken)
handful frozen strawberries
*blend milk, powders and pudding for 2 mins. Then blend in strawberries for 2 minutes, THEN add ice!
Tastes like Neopolitian ice cream!!
