Bummer! I hope that will change for you

When your program allows, how about some cold deli meat. Love turkey and cheese rollups! Ham & Cheese is good too.

Thanks, I tried it.  I'm seven weeks out and am sticking to egg salad, deviled eggs, cheese ball, cheese.  I am sooooo backed up.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I think I am going to try the crab ****tail.  That sounds good.

I'm not sure what your program allows, but I have been loving this!

1/2t olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveind  (I skipped the olive oil and used frozen cooked shrimp from Sam's)
1/4 c light Hellman's mayo
Juice of 1/2 lemon, about 1T
2 green onions sliced, including green tops
1 t Old Bay Seasoning

Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and saute for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until just opaque throughout. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside. Blend the mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, and Old Bay Seasoning in a food processor until smooth; add the shrimp and pulse until they are very finely chopped and the mixture is well blended. Transfer to serving bowl, cover, and chill.

You can change the consistency based on what post op stage you are in. I made it very fine since I'm still in the first week post op.
