I know people are always looking for ways to use plain greek yogurt...here is something I made today that turned out really awesome!

Margarita Flavored Jello:

1 small box of sugar-free lime jello
1 C boiled water

Dissolve jello in water.  Mix in the following:

5 oz plain greek yogurt mixed with 1 packet of Target brand lime margarita mix (the size that you would use in a bottled water)
1 T sugar-free vanilla syrup

Chill until firm. Serve with a small dollop of light cool whip. Makes 2-4 servings.

You could make all kinds of flavors just switching up the jello flavoring and whatever crystal light type powder you like. I'm thinking of trying orange jello/crystal light next time....think creamsicle!!!

You could also skip the jello part and just eat the yogurt with crystal light powder mixed in.

Greek Yogurt is in a family of foods I find generally interchangable: Kefir, Sour Cream, Buttermilk.

As in: want to make buttermilk pancakes?  Thin some greek yogurt with plain milk and use that.

Hidden Valley ranch dip?  Substitute the sour cream with Greek Yogurt.
