Cheese Ball recipe needed
YULETDE CHEESEBALL
1 tablespoon ground chile powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 /4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup finely ground or chopped walnuts
Combine cheeses, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, cayenne pepper.
Beat in a food processor or by electric mixer until fluffy.
Shape into ball and wrap with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Roll in nuts when ready to serve. May be made the day before.
