Curried Meatballs w/yogurt dip
Curried Meatballs
Ingrediants:
1 lb ground turkey (I used chicken)
1/2 cup crushed butter-flavored cracker crumbs (I used italian flavored, all I had hehe)
1/3 cup evaporated skimed milk
1 1/2 - 2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
2 medium green onions finally chopped~ equals 2 tablespoons (I used 2 TBL dried chives)
1/2 tsp dried red pepper (optional)
Directions:
~ Heat oven to 400 degrees
~ Mix remaining ingredients
~ Shape into 1 inch balls (makes about 48)
~ Place on ungreased cookie sheet (13x9x2)
~ Bake uncovered 10-15 minutes

Yogurt dip:
1 cup PLAIN greek yogurt ( I used Fage 2%)
1 1/2 TBL Mrs. Dash
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp minced dried onions
1/2 tsp curry
1/4 tsp corriander
** Or use a TBLS or so of your fave seasoning packet ~THIS WILL INCREASE YOUR SODIUM in the nutritional values!!! This is not contained in the nutritional values listed here!
Directions:
~add your seasonings to your greek yogurt, mix well, chill for an hour and serve with your meat balls or as a dip to your toasted lavash bread chips!

Conclusion:
I LOVE this!! I had about 4 four lunch and oh my gosh!!! I am STILL FULL!!!! They are marvolous!!!
I did make a yogurt dip to serve with it and oh yeah!!! hehe LOVE IT!!
