Bob Evans Peanut Butter Pie Recipe
Here’s my low carb/lower sugar version
* 1 (5 oz.) pkg. Sugar free Jell-O Instant Vanilla Pudding
* 16 oz Oikos Greek Yogurt
* 1/3 Splenda
* 1 1/4 cup Simply Jif creamy peanut butter
* 1 (8 Ounce) container of Cool Whip
* Sugar free Chocolate chips
* Crushed peanuts
Mix together yogurt, Peanut butter Pudding mix and splenda. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread evenly in Sugar free Graham Cracker crust, nut crust or bowl.
