Take to the office recipes
Don't know what kind of things you like/are able to eat, but here's a few ideas of things I bring to work with me:
I use the Ziplock 1C size containers to "package" my lunches in... I can put together a whole weeks worth of stuff on Sunday afternoon and then just grab-and-go during the week....
1/2C cottage cheese with 1/2C sugar free jello poured over top (orange and lime are my favs)
cottage cheese with sugar free fruit ****tail or diced fresh tomato
tuna or chicken salad
egg salad or deviled eggs
2-3oz cooked ground turkey with a spoonful of salsa and/or sour cream on top
chili or soup
diced cooked chicken or turkey
slice of turkey or ham lunchmeat rolled up with a slice of cheese
anything leftover from dinner the night before
The snacks I keep in my drawer at work are usually like beef jerky, meat sticks, nuts, canned RTD protein drinks, sugar free hard candies and of course the little flavor packets for bottled water....
Hope this helps...and don't forget to check out Eggface's blog:

I do a lot of protein bars for snacks along with greek yogurt, string cheese and some fruit. For breakfast I will have a greek yogurt with some granola added in. For lunch, 99% of the time I will do turkey or chicken (ground or diced .. either way I am about to turn into poultry because this is all I have for lunch or dinner!)
I also do the sugar free drink packets (most store brands have 0 calories in them while Crystal Light has 10 .. and they're cheaper!) and sugar free hard candies
I also make peanut butter protein cookies as a snack!
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup egg beaters
1 cup splenda
1 scoop unflavored protein powder (vanilla could work too)
1 tsp sugar free vanilla syrup
*combine ingredients, roll into balls, press fork into middle and bake for 8 minutes at 350* (come out nice and soft!)
