How about a sugar free cheese cake?

You can use almond meal instead of graham crackers for the crust. Then substitute the sugar with splenda or stevia. I have made this several times.

My mom made me Dirt cake using everything fat free or sugar free except the oreo cookies and didn't put in gummy worms either. But it was still good. The cookies didn't bother me at all really but I only had like 3-4 ounces of it.
