Fabulous Protein Dip
Two great Protein Dip Recipes
1 for fruit, the other for veggies
Protein Fruit Dip
8 ounces FF cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup Splenda, pulse in the food processer to make Splenda powdered sugar
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp extract (I have used pineapple, orange, and strawberry)
F Cool Whip
Add softened cream cheese, protein powder and extract to the Splenda mixutre and mix in the food processor. Pour into bowl and add Cool Whip to the consitency you like, stirring in gently to mix well.
Protein Dip for Veggies
1 8 oz container Plain LF Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup LF Mayo 1 scoop unflavored Protein Powder 1 teaspoon fresh chives 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Whip together, if a little thick depending on your protein powder, add a Tablespoon of Buttermilk at a time.
Chill for a couple hours.
