Black, White, and Pink Salad
I am not much of a cook, but I love flavor and look for ways to enjoy my few foods at this stage...so here goes another thing I tried and it is really GOOD and lots of protein!
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can white kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 container fresh mozzarella balls
1/4 bottle light Caesar dressing
2 tsp of soy sauce
4 or 5 oz smoked salmon chunked ( I used HEB cracked pepper smoked salmon)
mix both beans, cheese and dressing let sit in fridge over night
chunk salmon and mix with soy sauce
mix salmon in with beans
A great summer protein packed "salad", if I figured right 2-3 oz has 15g of protein.
