Grape Salad Recipe
Grape Salad -
1 block of Low fat cream cheese (softened)
1 container Greek Yogurt (6 oz.)
1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
1 cup chopped nuts (I love Walnuts for the flavor)
1 large Bunch of grapes (red seedless work wonderfully)
Blend the first 3 ingredients together. Fold in the nuts and grapes. Refrigerate.

OMG!!!! I had never had this until recently and it's become the "covered dish" of choice at cookouts so far this summer. For me it's pouch friendly (not enough sugar to cause me any problems) and it takes the honored position of "dessert" if I've got room after protein.
