Tequila-Lime Shrimp

1/2 stick margarine
2 tb olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lbs Medium shrimp, shelled and devained
3 tb tequila
1 1/2 tb lime juice
1/2 ts salt
1/2 chili powder
4 tb coarsley chopped fresh cilantro

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Heat margarine and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp; cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tequila, lime juice, salt, and chili powder. Cook 2 minutes more or until most of the liquid is evaporated and shrimp is pink and glazed. Add cilantro. Garnish with lime wedges.

***Served my familys over white rice ...this is not my serving there is no way I could eat that much lol***
