I'm trying to find some Crockpot recipes that are Lap band friendly but for the family to eat too. I'm sick of eating the same ole thing everyday. Any recipes would be a great help. Best wishes

thanks i made this last week.. Was very good. I love mushrooms so I added a lot of fresh sliced schrooms before adding the soup..

Had a version of this growing up.  If you can tolerate it put the chicken on a bed of egg noodles, then cover with the sauce.

FYI on this. I made a lot and froze it.   So decided to make Chicken salad from it..

If you have a Magic bullet use the small cup and the cross blade. add some of the sauce to it instead of mayo.. Simply Amazing!!!!!!

Could also be topped with the sauce for a post op soft food meal

www.allrecipes.com has some of the best crock pot recipes out there.I'm not sure what would be considered lapband friendly for you because I was limited with my band on what I could and couldn't eat every other day.

Also, http://sparkrecipes.com/ has a lot of crock pot recipes that are typically set up for Weigh****cher points. I've only tried a few of those recipes, but they've been good for the most part.

If you haven't already, grab some of those crock pot liners for super easy clean up. I use my crock pot 2-3 times a week, and without those nifty things, I'd be in a world of hurt. I find the liners near the foil/ziploc baggies in the grocery store aisles.
