You should post what you are currently eating and then those that read this can assist :)

That would be smart, lol. I am eating basic baked chicken and tuna with green beans or carrots. Some applesauce, sugar free jello, and sugar free popsicles, oh and canalope. Is there a better way of preparing my chicken or when I eat fish so it's not so generic or boring?

Try using a crock pot/slow cooker if you have one.  Get one if you don't.  Chicken can be pretty dry and hard to get/keep down for some.  Put your chicken in with some low sodium crem of mushroom soup.  Add some veggies and cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Chicken will be moist.  Just keep looking for recipees and modifying them to suit your tastes.  Tuna can get PRETTY boring after a while.

Hi Miesha!  Congrats on your WLS journey.

I hate mayo so when I eat tuna I mix it with fat free italian dressing.  It is delicious!!  A friend told me a few years ago that this is how she made it and I said it sounded disgusting but when I tried it after surgery - so good!!! :)

Here is a good crock pot recipe for chix:

Sour Cream Chicken

boneless chicken/turkey breasts
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 can reduced fat/low sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix

Place bnls breasts in crockpot and cover with cream of mushroom soup & onion mix.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.  With one hour to go mix in sour cream.

This is delicious!!
