One important thing for forgot it is good for an occasional hair treatment for damaged  hair.

I heard coconut oil  will  give you diarrhea so that is why you lose weight.
What is the dosage per day and per week to lose weight with cocount oil?

I just started using coconut oil.  I put a teaspoonful into my smoothies.  Use it on my skin and hair.  When I remember, I use in my cooking.  I don't think I use it enough to see a difference though

I actually like the taste of it when added to some recipes...but actually gained 5 pounds in a few weeks when I started cooking with it...so I'm guessing...I was OVER using it! LOL
