Sparkrecipes
Hey everyone I wanted to share a site that has been pretty helpful
Sprakrecipes.com
You can browse by category or dietary needs. I usually look under low carb and try to get ideas on what to do different with chicken and fish. Also some things they have on there can be substituted, like brown sugar for splenda brown, or sugar free maple syrup.
I love the parmesean tilapia I found on there, turkey burgers, and salmon.

Did you know that they also have a recipe builder that you can enter all of your ingredients in and you will get a nutritional value per serving? It's great. Of course you need to know how many servings something makes. It is kinda hard to do that sometimes with stuff you make and serve your whole family like lasagna. I try to estimate how many 'normal' portions there are in stuff like that and use it as a guideline for my eating plan. If it is something that makes a specific number of items or individual servings it is much easier to get the values.
