As Members who have recieve a form of Weight Loss Surgeries, I am in need of suggestions of Lunches/Dinners that a Restaurant might/should offer, that might make you go there?

Remember this is after you received your surgery and years later.

The best thing one could offer is smaller portions.  I can eat anything right now, just not a lot of it.  I like getting a three course meal because of the variety.  For a WLS patient, however, you're talking 3/4 cup of soup or a small salad, 3oz of meat in a main course with 1 cup of side, and a small dessert (1/2 cup ice cream etc.).

If a place offered a smaller portioned multi course meals so I didn't have to bring home 3 or 4 takeout containers, I would like it.

As for food choices, South Beach Diet in style (lower carb, vegetable centric) or Italian/Greek  mediterranean would work.
