The orange creamsicle and orange julius inspired me to make my own version this morning. I used one of the Crystal Light sticks of Classic Orange sunrise drink mixes with the yogurt, ice, milk and vanilla protein powder - YUMMY!!!

You may have helped me say good bye to my caffeinated coffee ritual.

Thanks.

I was looking for some samples and saw something about pumpkin pie. I LOVE pumpkin pie!

Was thinking 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice
canned pumpkin
water or soy milk

Don't know how much of each to use though! It's just a thing in my head =)
