Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

Someone was recently posting on lettuce wraps and it got me thinking about how much I love them, but alas my new man is a vegetarian. *sigh* But I figured there was no reason I couldn't adapt my recipe to be vegetarian. I use sugar in my sauce, but it can easily be subsituted with Splenda for those who don't tolerate sugar well. So I give you Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps.

I just past more than a decade as a veggie, there are some great recipes out there, and in fact ANY recipe can be made vegetarian by just substituting meat for vegi meats.
