Cloud Bread...no flour...barely any carbs...gotta try it!

This stuff is pretty great.

 I was not convinced so had to make it myself and I have to say - as a bread lover, it's NOT bread, but it certainly looks like it and is tasty and holds sandwich fixin's really well!!

so i made these this morning to have with chili for dinner.  i used the garlic and herb cream cheese i had sittin in the fridge.  they weren't bad just kind of wierd.  i felt like makin some bacon and getting out the ketchup cause to me it was like a fluffy omlet but they looked just like your picture

HAHA!  Yes, they do remind me of a VERY dry omelet!!

They get softer and less airy/puffy/eggy the next few days.  I will never believe they are bread, but it's a fun alternative, I guess!

I made a similar recipe over the weekend and used it to make stuffed french toast - they were pretty tasty that way! I couldn't eat one plain though.
