non trditional xmas dinner

hey all, im looking for some healthy no carb or low carb dinner ideas for xmas. i was trying to think of a way to make a healthy chicken parm .....i am open to anything except  anything ham or a rosted turkey or chicken.  so if your know something please share....much love

I don't see anything unhealthy about your standard chicken parmesan.  Chicken, cheese, tomato sauce.  Nope everything there is healthy.  Some recipes have  the chicken dredged in flour.  The amount of flour is very small, alternatively I can see finely ground nuts (like almonds) making a subsititude dredge.

Serve the chicken with some saute'd spinach on the side and leave the pasta as a course unto itself.  That would be more traditional Italian anyway.

I am doing surf and turf for Christmas this year.  Prime rib with grilled prawns and scallops.

I make chicken parm with unbreaded breasts pounded about 1/2" thin. I just season them and bake on a foil lined baking sheet for about 15 min, top with sauce and cheese and bake til cheese is bubbly. Yum

how about roast beef in the crockpot so it falls apart, with bakes potatoes?
