I thought we weren't supposed to have sugar free chocolate or cream cheese... i'm only a few days out and still learning  :)     can't eat anything yet still on liquids lol

We can, doll...as long as it's in moderation.  The places I use cream cheese or sugar free chocolate is in desserts or small things like this - that we would only eat a small serving of.  

This new life is NOT about being deprived!  We have to live with this for life and feeling punished by food is no way to enjoy our existence.  So these foods - low fat and sugar free or very low sugar can have a place in our eating plan.
