we are having ham and turkey. I am cooking pretty much like I always do for my family but I just will not indulge as usual.

We're either having ham or turkey breast. I'm going to try George Stella's sausage stuffing and I'll either do faux mashed potatoes using cauliflower or white beans. The white bean recipe is on bariatriceating.com. I'm also making green bean casserole. For dessert I'm making a lemon pie that has FF cream cheese, FF cool whip, lemon crystal light, and skim milk. I also add a scoop of flavorless protein powder. It's all supposed to go in a graham cracker crust, but my husband and I like to eat it more like a pudding in a ramekin. George stella also has a recipe for a homemade cranberry sauce that is WLS friendly.
