HI EVERYONE I NEED HELP

ok i love kens thousand island dressing i read the label today and alot of fat and call but i dont like kraft or thousand (lite ones) does anyone have a recipe for US thats healthy that i could try??

I've mixed ketchup with reduced fat mayo and added some sweet pickle relish, and a sprinkle of paprika and onion powder for a taste very similar to Thousand Island.  

You can adjust the amounts to your taste.

4 Tablespoons Mayo
1 Tablespoon Tartar sauce
2 Tablespoons Tomato puree
1 Tablespoon dill pickle relish
6 packets splenda

Mix all together
