You gave me your lemon mouse recipe using Crystal Light (I used 2 tubs like you said if I liked tart lemon - which I LOVED) months and months ago on the BE site, but I lost it.  Went back there to get it and the link won't work for me (I get that a lot on that site - tells me I don't have permission to go wherever I'm trying to get to).

I'm having serious lemon cravings the last couple days and NEED this recipe if you still have it.

Also - if you have any recipes or ideas on how to use Davinci SF Lemon Syrup, my hubby bought me some trying to help out with my cravings and I don't know what to do with it.  Tried making a vanilla protein shake and adding some, but it was super nasty - not at all what I was hoping for.  I like TART lemon stuff, not sweet lemon stuff.  Super cold & slushy is awesome, too!!!  But Crystal Light mix on its own makes my tummy hurt!!

Sure thing, dolly.  (I answered in the Eating & Cooking forum about the syrup...I gave a recipe for lemon custard.  SO good!)

Here's the mousse:

LEMON MOUSSE

One 4-serving size pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 tub Crystal Light Lemonade or Sunrise Orange - dry (the tub that makes ONE pitcher)
One 12-ounce container Cool Whip OR 3 cups Splenda-sweetened whipped cream
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries, optional

In a large bowl beat the pudding mix with the mil****il thickened and smooth. Beat in the dry drink mix. Fold in the Cool Whip or whipped cream and berries. Spoon into individual glasses and allow to set up for at least one hour. Makes 8 servings.

Per Serving plain: Calories 93; Protein 3 g; Fat 6 g; Carbs 8 g; Sugar 4 g; Sodium 131 mg

Tha looks real good I do something sort of the same idea. It was from my low carb days when I used cream. Now I make it with skim milk it is just as good but the texture is different,

Sugar Free Orange stuff
2 pkgs sugar free orange Jello (or any flavor)
1 pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding (or french vanilla or white chocolate)
1 diet soda (optional)
1 pkg sugar free Tang (or Crystal Lite) (optional)
2 cups heavy whipping cream (half cream/water or even milk) (may change texture)
1 pkg Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello & Tang in 1 c. ho****er. Add 3 cups soda or cold water. Set aside. Whip cream until very soft peaks appear. Add Jello and pudding and mix until well blended. Refrigerate until set and top with Cool Whip
Other combinations:
(Key Lime Pie) Lime Jello – lemon/lime crystal lite & diet sprite
(Lemon Pie) Lemon Jello – Sugar free powdered lemonade & diet Sprite
Strawberry Jello – don’t use drink mix or soda stir in real strawberries
Peach Jello & Peach flavored water from Walmart
