A while back, I read a recipe on here somewhere for a dip that tasted like buffalo chicken wings........I know it had cream cheese, hot sauce, cream, and blue cheese in it, but can't seem to find the recipe. Does anyone have it? I would appreciate it so much, thank  you!!
Oh, and the recipe I saw did NOT have chicken or greek yogurt in it........thanks again!!

Hey I found this recipe by typing in buffalo chicken dip recipe in the search box up in upper right hand side of the website - that is usually what I do when trying to find recipes

Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 8 oz. packages fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar or colby cheese
2 10-11 oz cans of shredded chicken
Preheat oven to 350.

Put the cream cheese in the bottom of a 9 inch deep dish pie plate or other oven-proof dish (I make it in a 9 inch round Pampered Chef stoneware dish). Place in oven for a few minutes until it starts to melt.  Mix in other ingredients, reserving 1/4 c of the shredded cheese to sprinkle on the top.
Bake in oven for 20 mins or until the mixture is warm and bubbly.

WOW, that sounds good.  (Anything with cream cheese is a fave of mine - no matter WHAT it is!)

That sounds great also, but the recipe I saw before (I just don't remember the amounts of things) had NO chicken in it, and it contained crumbled blue cheese and cream..........please..........does anyone have THAT one??

Hmmm, never heard of the non-chicken one. But the Chicken one ROCKS! I make it for parties and get togethers all the time.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Is this the recipe?  It's Niki's version of Shari's (Jupiter 6) recipe
It its not it, just PM Shari for the recipe.

Boneless Buffalo wings

The chicken:

Either three chicken breasts cut into long strips, or 8 chicken breast tenderloins
2 c. Fiber One cereal, crushed into a powder (whiz it in your blender for a couple minutes)
3 egg whites, beaten
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Onion Powder (these are all to taste so I won't give specific amounts)

The sauce:

1/2 c. Texas Pete hot sauce (or whatever you like)
1 heaping tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light (if you like milder sauce, use 2 tbsp)
Onion powder
Blue cheese crumbles
(yes, this is totally from Shari's buffalo chicken dip recipe)

Directions:

1.  Mix Fiber One and spices and put into blender to whiz into a powder, then transfer to a plate
2.  Wash chicken, pat dry then dip it in egg white, then in Fiber One Spice mixture then repeat
3.  Lay on a sprayed cookie sheet
4.  Bake in a 350 oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping once
5.  While chicken is baking bring hot sauce, butter, cheese and spices to a boil then simmer on low until chicken is done.
6.  Using tongs, dip each chicken tender into the sauce and flip then transfer back to the baking sheet
7.  Bake another 10 minutes or until all "wings" are crispy

I have served it with crackers for the non WLS folks and celery stalks for those who want low carb.

I have seen it with blue cheese dressing mixed in instead of the blue cheese crumbles.  I like the taste of a strong blue cheese so I am right there with the flavors!!!

I'd use celery as a dipper.
