I was at the store the other day and I saw recipes for gastric bypass but not the ds. so I decided that I want to create a DS cookbook. If anyone has recipes that they want to include can you please send me a PM. everyone who does will get the recognition. I thought it would be nice for people to have all these wonderful recipes in one place.

thank you

Kelly

"Look at a stone cutter hammering away at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it.  Yet at the hundred-and-first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not the last blow that did it, but all that had gone before."  ~Jacob A. Riis

Probably any low carb cookbook would be a great place to get recipes... I have an RNY but I use low carb cookbooks.  I sometimes have to alter it a bit for fat (I do not dump but I do not want all the calories!) because they are usually higher in fat (I do eat fat though!!)

perfect for a DSr.
