I use these things in so many ways.  This has been one of my most popular recipes among WLS'ers because they are so versatile.

One of my favorite recipes is the Chicken Pot Pie in Crepes...and of course they are fabulous with sweet fillings, too.

Wow, Linda, these look great!!!

I have a question, though - the directions say to mix in everything, including the Splenda.  But unless I'm missing something, you don't specify how much Splenda.  Is it just to taste?

Thanks,

Tia

Oh my gosh.  I copied and pasted from another of my recipes...and that one calls for the sweet version of crepes!

I'm so sorry for the confusion.  Thanks for the head's up - I fixed it!

I love CREPES - but always had a fear of making them.  So I tried last night -- first  one was a mess, but I got the feel.  I am so EXCITED -- plan to eat a few this week with some fillings -- Thank you!

Linda - I have to try these but do I use full fat ricotta cheese or low fat?

I always use the part skim...but full fat would work fine, if you prefer that one, doll.
