Warm(hot) Bacon Dressing?
Hi all...I tried the Shrimp and Spinach salad at Applebee's the other day and about flipped over the dressing. It was Warm (or Hot...don't remember the exact name) Bacon Dressing. I've searched the web and found one with 1.5 cups of sugar. So I tried substituting Splenda...and cut it back to half a cup. Well, it was very similar, but still too tangy and I could taste the typical Splenda aftertaste. Does anyone have any suggestions? Oh...I also used turkey bacon rather than the regular bacon. That worked pretty well!
