Raspberry shake --delicious!
Ok so I just "created" this high protein shake that was absolutly YUMMY!!!! So I thought I would share.
1/2 Cup low fat sf vanilla yogurt or frozen yogurt
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (sugar free no syrup, I got mine at Walmart)
1 Cup Double Milk (1 cup of skim milk with 3 tbls of powdered milk)
*a few ice cubes for shake like consistancy.
Blend until smooth
**if the mixture is a little tart for your taste add 1 tbls of splenda to entire mixture and blend.
There is about 20 grams of protien in the entire mixture! Tastes Fabulous!

This works wonderfully with Blueberries too. I've been doing those for the past few days for breakfast and have added a scoop of Vanilla Pure Protein - um um good for my breakfast on the ride to work.
