Broccoli Cheese Soup
It's a "slider" food, but might be good for those early out.
1 small onion, chopped
6 cups water
6 chicken boullion cubes
2 - 10 oz packages of frozen broccoli
2 lbs Velveeta made with 2% milk, chopped into inch-sized cubes
6 cups skim milk
In a large soup kettle, add the chopped onions, water and chicken boullion. Bring the water to a boil. If you are early out, chop up the broccoli florets in a food processor. Or you can use the broccoli whole, whichever you prefer. When the water is boiling, add the broccoli. Bring back to a boil and reduce heat to medium. Add the milk and then slowly add the velveeta, stirring constantly. Once all the cheese is added and melted, it's ready!

LOVE broccoli and cheese...and soup! Sounds great.
What I do to keep these faves in my diet and not feel guilty eating them, is to add unflavored pro powder to them - not a ton, just a couple tablespoons or so.
Sometimes you just want soup without the dense meal - that way you can and still get your pro count up for the day.
One of my favorite brands is Nectar unflavored. I use that on Hon and he can't tell..even with his 'super taster'!

a "slider food" is one that slides right through your pouch instead of staying there for awhile, thus making you feel full longer. Since they slide right through, you can consume more and therefore take in more calories without that longtime full feeling = not good.
