So good and so simple!

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or 4 breasts)
1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce of your choice (I used Ragu Chunky Garden Style)
6 slices mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder to taste

Preheat the oven to 350.  Clean up the chicken thighs and place them in a baking dish.  Sprinkle garlic powder over the chicken.  Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken.  Cover with foil.  Bake the chicken for 50 minutes.  Remove the foil and put a piece of mozzarella cheese on each piece of chicken.  Return it to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

YUMMY!  I made some zuchinni to have on the side, and dipped that into the spaghetti sauce too.  So good!

I don't becuase you can make it with breasts or thighs, and the kind of sauce (brand and flavor) and cheese (shredded, slices, skim, 1%, 2%, whole, etc) you use may change the stats.

But, you can enter what you use in this website, and it will calculate the nutrition info for you:
