Sounds so good can't wait to try it. Is there anything that can be added to make it spicy. I do like it hot.

You could add some chipotle chili powder...or a little cayenne, but I like the smokey chipotle.

OR some curry paste...you can get it in cans at most bigger grocery stores - or specialty shops.  They have red, green, yellow, and other varieties...a little goes a long way!

Hi Linda,

The recipe sounds delish but was wondering if it would still be good without the honey and with lemon/lemon peel instead of lime?

Lemon would be good in it.

The honey just gives a little sweetness to the curry...but if you'd rather not do that, you certainly don't have to.

Make it without, and if you feel you'd like it may need a little something, add it back in!

LINDA,
THIS RECIPE SOUNDS DELICIOUS.  IS CURRY HOT SPICE?  I AM UNABLE TO EAT HOT OR SPICY STUFF SO, IF SO, WHAT SHOULD I USE IN IT'S PLACE?
THANKS,
JOY

I used the yellow curry powder in this, and it's not hot...more of a sweet curry, but not "sweet" in a sugar-sense.

I buy my spices from Penzey's, but the yellow curry powder you can get in the grocery store is good, too.
