i love your recipes and just tried the flourless chocolate cake last night....not bad......have you tried eggbeaters in it to cut down on fat? thought i would ask before I try that. I could swear I saw a recipe with fish and sweet potatoes but I saw so many recipes..........did you have one like that?
thanks.
thanks.
Thank you, doll!
I haven't tried it with the egg beaters. I would almost be tempted to add only the equivalent of 4 eggs...since the egg beaters don't seem to set up as solid as whole eggs and the cake is very moist as it is - at least in my experience...although I've not baked a lot with them.
Fish and sweet potatoes....no...fish and zucchini, or sweet potato chowder with sausage...those ring a bell?!

i haven't baked anythihg other than pumpkin pie with eggbeaters and that works well. I will let you know when I try it, but I like it the way it is....
I saw those recipes but the one I was looking for was for catfish and had sliced sweet potatoes under it. I was going thru your recipes when I made my list but apparently I didn't bookmark that recipe.......I will have to use the sweet potatoes for the sweet potato salad in your list. :)
