Hi Everyone,

So I am about to embark on my full liquid diet on Wednesday. Does anyone have any creative ideas/ recipes on making this 2 weeks seem less redundant with protein shakes and sugar free pudding???

Thanks,
Kate

I went and got different extract flavorings and added to my shakes make with skim milk and ice, all blended up and it made for a great treat.  I also made it with my coffee and SF creamer for a wonderful iced coffee.   My favorite is the banana flavoring with skim mil****  Taste just like a melted banana shake.

Thanks for the wonderful ideas.... hopefully my 3 weeks of full liquids doesn't become too monotonous.

Cream soups are good. Cream of chicken, cream of potato (without the chunks).  Cottage cheese, remember that you can spice up your foods anyway you want as long as its not sugar. Cream of wheat is great. You can make it with skim milk (add some powedered for extra protein), add a packet of splenda, and some cinnamin or pumpkin spice, and it is YUMMY! Also it has a lot of protein if made with milk instead of water and add some powdered milk for extra! Its like 12-15 grams  of protein!
