No Cook Salsa (with pic and nutritional info)
1 cup diced white onion
1/2 cup chopped orange pepper
2 cups peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp white vinegar
This one is easy , just chop up everything that needs to be chopped, and mix everything together..... that's it!
